How Do I Place an Order?

Payment and Shipping
Winnipeg (Within City Limits)

Free delivery on orders of $100 or more

Orders under $100 will be charged a $5 delivery fee per order
Outside Winnipeg City Limits

Free delivery on orders of $500 or more

Orders under $500:

Within 20 km: $30 delivery fee

Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Rush / Expedited Delivery
Deliveries requested outside regular delivery hours or requiring expedited service are subject to an additional rush delivery fee. Please contact us for pricing details.
Delivery Timeframe

Winnipeg orders: Delivery will be completed within 48 hours after order confirmation

Orders outside Winnipeg: Delivery time will be confirmed with the customer on a case-by-case basis

Returns & Refunds
If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Replacement of the affected items

Refund for the affected products only
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Products that have been used

Claims submitted more than 3 business days after delivery

Failure to provide required photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue, including outer packaging and product condition

Final sale products, including clearance, liquidation, or promotional items

Custom-made, private-label, or special-order products
-
Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or handling after delivery
Orders Placed in Error
Orders placed in error, including incorrect product selection, size, or quantity, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, customers may contact our customer service team for review on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other applicable charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins. Once an order has entered processing, manufacturing, or shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.
